Electricity Rates. If Landlord’s cost of electricity increases or decreases after the Commencement Date for any reason whatsoever, then the Electrical Inclusion Factor shall be increased or decreased, as the case may be, in the same percentage for the remainder of the Term. Landlord’s Consultant shall determine the percentage for the changes in the Electrical Inclusion Factor resulting from any change in Landlord’s cost of electricity. Landlord shall notify Tenant of any such changes and any such increase or decrease in Fixed Rent and the Electrical Inclusion Factor shall be effective as of the date of such increase or decrease in Landlord’s cost of electricity, and Tenant’s liability therefor shall be retroactive to such date. Notwithstanding anything set forth herein to the contrary, the Electrical Inclusion Factor shall in no event be decreased below the amount set forth in Article 1 of this Lease.
Electricity Rates. If Landlord's total cost for electricity incurred by Landlord to service the Building (including energy charges, demand charges, surcharges, time-of-day charges, fuel adjustment charges, rate adjustment charges, taxes, rebates and any other factors used by the utility company or other provider in computing its charges to Landlord or any other charges or taxes related to the aforesaid) increases or decreases after the Commencement Date for any reason whatsoever, then the Electrical Inclusion Factor shall be increased or decreased, subject to the terms and provisions of SECTION 10.1(d), as the case may be, in the same percentage for the remainder of the Term .   • Overhead Rates The Engineer shall use the provisional overhead rate indicated in Attachment E. If a periodic escalation of the provisional overhead rate is specified in Attachment E, the effective date of the revised provisional overhead rate must be included. For lump sum contracts, the overhead rate remains unchanged for the entire contract period.

  • Hourly Rates The following is a list of hourly billable rates that Contractor shall apply for additional services requested of the Contractor. Contractor shall be compensated based on the hourly rates set forth below, on a time and material basis for those services that are within the general scope of services of this Agreement, but beyond the description of services required under Exhibit A, and all services are reasonably necessary to complete the standards of performance required by this Agreement.   • Rental Rates Schedules for (i) proposed rental rates on heavy construction equipment, and (ii) proposed wage rates of operating engineers. The Design-Builder firm shall certify that the proposal for rental rates and proposal for wage rates comply with the Contract Documents.

  • System Upgrades The Connecting Transmission Owner shall procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. To the extent that design work is necessary in addition to that already accomplished in the Class Year Interconnection Facilities Study for the Interconnection Customer, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall perform or cause to be performed such work. If all the Parties agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades. 5.2.1 As described in Section 32.3.5.3 of the SGIP in Attachment Z of the ISO OATT, the responsibility of the Interconnection Customer for the cost of the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement shall be determined in accordance with Attachment S of the ISO OATT, as required by Section 32.3.5.3.2

  • Sleeping Room Rate(s) A. The Contractor shall provide sleeping rooms to the Attendees at the following rate during the Program: i. For single occupancy room, $@@@.@@ per night per room. B. The Contractor agrees that it will waive all applicable taxes and surcharges for Attendees listed on the Master Account Approval List, pursuant to the Hotel/Motel Transient Occupancy Tax Waiver (Exemption Certificate for State Agencies) form signed by the Judicial Council and included in this Agreement in Exhibit H. C. The Contractor may xxxx tax and/or surcharges, and/or tourism fees, if any, in addition to as included in the sleeping room rate, as set forth in this provision. D. The Contractor shall extend the sleeping room rate to Attendees two (2) Days before the Program and two (2) Days after the Program based on availability.

  • System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the ISO OATT.

  • Supported wage rates Employees to whom this clause applies shall be paid the applicable percentage of the minimum rate of pay prescribed by this Agreement for the class of work which the person is performing according to the following schedule: * (Provided that the minimum amount payable shall be not less than $45 per week).   • Indirect Cost Rates The System Agency may acknowledge an indirect cost rate for Grantees that is utilized for all applicable Grant Agreements. For subrecipients receiving federal funds, indirect cost rates will be determined in accordance with applicable law including, but not limited to, 2 CFR 200.414(f). For recipients receiving state funds, indirect costs will be determined in accordance with applicable law including, but not limited to, TxGMS. Grantees funded with blended federal and state funding will be subject to both state and federal requirements when determining indirect costs. In the event of a conflict between TxGMS and applicable federal law or regulation, the provisions of federal law or regulation will apply. Grantee will provide any necessary financial documents to determine the indirect cost rate in accordance with the Uniform Grant Guidance (UGG) and TxGMS.

  • Global Access Transport Charges (U S. Bridged): Per-minute per-bridge port usage charges, based on availability of service, zone and origination access type. Bridging charges are additional and are priced at Customer's applicable Toll Meet Meet-Me Access rate per minute.
