Electronic Communications and Electronic Signatures. Seller will comply with any method of electronic communication specified by Buyer, including requirements for electronic funds transfer, purchase order transmission, production Releases, electronic signature, and communication.

Electronic Communications and Electronic Signatures. Both parties expressly agree to electronic transactions and acknowledge that documents they sign electronically will bind them to the same extent as a paper signature.
