Elementary Teachers. Each elementary teacher (to include educational service personnel and special education teachers) shall have at least two hundred (200) minutes per week for planning/preparation time. Such time shall be within the student school day, shall be provided in blocks of time that are no less than 20 minutes, and shall be for use by each member as the member may determine as long as it is related to their assigned responsibilities. Such time will be without students in attendance and no other responsibilities will be assigned by the administration during this schedule planning/preparation time except in cases of urgent necessity.
