Elementary Teachers. a. A teaching assignment shall be defined as time during the instructional week devoted to teaching courses and lessons, and shall include time assigned to supervise curricular activities, including study periods but not including recess. b. Such preparation time shall be in periods of not less than thirty (30) minutes.
