Common use of Eligibility and Allowance Clause in Contracts

Eligibility and Allowance. All regular full-time employees shall be granted an annual paid vacation period at the end of each fiscal year. The paid vacation period shall be based upon the employment in that fiscal year and shall be prorated for those employees that work less than the full fiscal year.
