Eligibility and Timing. 51 A faculty member will be notified of their eligibility for a professional evaluation before the 52 end of the term in which they complete the requirements. This notification will be Collective Bargaining Agreement between PSU and PSUFA 2021-2025 1 accompanied by instructions for submission and a template for assessing evaluation 2 materials. Templates will be shared with the LMC. 4 The professional evaluation process will be completed either in the following term or no 5 later than the end of the next term in which the faculty member teaches. Once offered, 6 the faculty member may choose whether or not to have an evaluation at that time. 8 If an Adjunct faculty member elects not to have an evaluation at that time, they will be 9 offered another opportunity for an evaluation after they have been employed for an 10 additional 1 year. 12 There will be no repercussions for an Adjunct faculty member who elects not to have an 13 evaluation. Future appointments will continue to be offered on a full academic year basis, 14 once the faculty member has completed the initial requirements as set forth in Article 8, 15 Section 3.3. Adjunct faculty members who opt out may be offered a two-year 16 appointment at the discretion of the Chair. 18 Information about the process for professional evaluations will be referenced at the time 19 of hire in each Adjunct faculty members’ letter of appointment.

The exclusions described in Clauses 2.4(b), (c) and (d) of this Schedule 1 do not apply to: young people on community based orders made under the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 (Vic); or individuals held in Xxxx Xxxxxxx Transition Centre, who, subject to otherwise complying with the requirements in this Clause 2, may be eligible for training subsidised through the Skills First Program as they are able to physically access training outside of a custodial setting without supervision.

  • General Eligibility i. A teacher who received an evaluation rating of ineffective or improvement necessary in the prior school year is not eligible for any salary increase and remains at their prior year salary.
