INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION. The offer should be submitted to the Contract Specialist via electronic format by the closing date/time specified in the solicitation.  The offer shall be submitted in two (2) volumes: Volume I (Technical) and Volume II (Price). NO PRICE INFORMATION shall be submitted within Volume I.  The Offeror shall provide a cover letter with the submitted offer that details the solicitation number, name, address, CAGE code, e-mail address, and telephone of the Offeror. Cover letter shall also include a statement confirming agreement with all terms and conditions included in the solicitation (or exceptions taken with detailed information), the proposal validity date of at least 1 OCT 2022, and identification of all enclosures being transmitted as part of the offer.  If the offeror wishes to restrict the disclosure or use of its proposal, a proper legend must be included on materials provided. Any timber that has been removed from Sale Area during the period of this contract, but remains unscaled after Termination Date, shall be Scaled at the earliest rea- sonable date.
