Two-Year Appointments. 23 Adjunct faculty will be offered two-year appointments with assignment rights after being 24 employed for a total of three years in a particular department or 20 credits (whichever 25 occurs first) and successfully completing the professional evaluation process described in 26 Article 8, Section 4. 28 This appointment will be offered at the beginning of the academic year following eligibility.
Two-Year Appointments. Bargaining unit faculty members who have 37 appointments with the Career classification and rank of instructor, lecturer, research assistant, 38 research associate, assistant clinical professor, or research assistant professor shall have at least 39 two-year appointments after their first four academic or fiscal years of employment in rank. 41 Section 12. Three-Year Appointments. Bargaining unit faculty members who have 42 appointments with the Career classification and rank of senior instructor I, senior instructor II, 43 senior lecturer I, senior lecturer II, senior research assistant I, senior research assistant II, senior 44 research associate I, senior research associate II, associate clinical professor, clinical professor, 45 research associate professor, research professor or professor of practice shall have at least 46 three-year appointments.
Two-Year Appointments.
