Eligibility Criteria and Duration Specific to Military Caregiver Leave. An eligible employee is entitled to up to twenty-six (26) workweeks of Military Caregiver Leave during a single twelve-month (12- month) leave period. The employee must be a spouse, domestic partner, parent, son, daughter or next of kin of the covered servicemember to be eligible for this type of leave and must meet the eligibility requirements for FML set forth in Section B.1.b. above.

The Librarian must be a spouse, domestic partner, parent, son, daughter or next of kin of the covered servicemember to be eligible for this type of leave and must meet the eligibility requirements for FML set forth in Section A.3. above.
