ELIGIBILITY FOR COVERAGE Any employee and the dependents of an employee who meet and continue to meet the eligibility requirements described in this Contract, will be entitled to apply for coverage under this Contract. These eligibility requirements are binding upon you and your eligible dependents. We may require acceptable documentation that an individual meets and continues to meet the eligibility requirements (e.g. proof of residency, copies of a court order naming the Subscriber as legal guardian, or appropriate adoption documentation, as described in Part IV. ENROLLMENT AND EFFECTIVE DATE OF COVERAGE).
Eligibility for Leave All regular full-time employees shall be eligible for paid leave. Further, all regular part-time employees shall receive paid leave on a ration of paid leave time accrued to the number of hours worked in the work week. All non-regular part-time, temporary, and seasonal employees will not be eligible to receive paid leave.
Eligibility for Pay An employee granted military leave for emergency National Guard duty is entitled to receive regular University pay for a period not to exceed thirty (30) calendar days in any one (1) fiscal year. An employee is eligible for pay regardless of the length of University service, and such pay is in addition to any University payment for temporary military leave for active-duty training, extended military leave, and military leave for physical examinations.
ELIGIBILITY and COVERAGE 3.1.0 The following ETFO represented employees are eligible to receive benefits through this Trust:
Child Coverage Limited to Coverage Under One Employee If both spouses work for the State or another organization participating in the State’s Group Insurance Program, either spouse, but not both, may cover the eligible dependent children or grandchildren. This restriction also applies to two divorced, legally separated, or unmarried employees who share legal responsibility for their eligible dependent children or grandchildren.
Eligibility for Benefits A member will not be eligible to receive Long Term Disability benefits until their Income Protection benefits have expired.
Eligibility for Sick Leave with Pay Employees shall be eligible for sick leave with pay immediately upon accrual.
Eligibility for Payment a) i) Except in the case of a disability arising out of an accident, an employee shall be eligible to receive an amount of disability benefit in accordance with Section 3 hereof, for a period not exceeding 52 weeks for any one illness, beginning after three (3) continuous days from the commencement of the disability, or beginning on the first day of hospital confinement as a bed patient, if earlier.
Eligibility for Sick Leave Subject to the provisions herein, employees and officers (hereinafter called "employees") who are absent from their duties because of illness or disability are eligible for sick leave.
Requiring Minimum Compensation for Covered Employees a. Contractor agrees to comply fully with and be bound by all of the provisions of the Minimum Compensation Ordinance (MCO), as set forth in San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 12P (Chapter 12P), including the remedies provided, and implementing guidelines and rules. The provisions of Sections 12P.5 and 12P.5.1 of Chapter 12P are incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this Agreement as though fully set forth. The text of the MCO is available on the web at xxx.xxxxx.xxx/xxxx/xxx. A partial listing of some of Contractor's obligations under the MCO is set forth in this Section. Contractor is required to comply with all the provisions of the MCO, irrespective of the listing of obligations in this Section.
