Eligibility for Plan A Insurance. The following employees shall be eligible for Plan A insurance coverage (single, two-person, or full family - as defined by the policy): • Maintenance/Groundskeeper employee who works full time • Food Service employee who works 6.5 or more hours per day The following employees shall be eligible for Plan A insurance coverage (employee only as defined by the policy): • Maintenance/Groundskeeper employees working part-time • Food Service employees working 6 hours or more per day but less than 6.5 hours per day • Bus drivers working 4 or more hours per day (based on Regular/Special Education Runs) The following employees shall not be eligible for insurance coverage: • Food Service employees working less than six (6) hours per day • Transportation employees working less than four (4) hours per day

  • Eligibility for Pay An employee granted military leave for emergency National Guard duty is entitled to receive regular University pay for a period not to exceed thirty (30) calendar days in any one (1) fiscal year. An employee is eligible for pay regardless of the length of University service, and such pay is in addition to any University payment for temporary military leave for active-duty training, extended military leave, and military leave for physical examinations.

Upon the Judicial Council’s receipt of the letter, Contractor shall not be required to maintain workers’ compensation insurance.
