Eligibility for Vacations. 23.01 Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, vacations with pay shall be granted in each calendar year in accordance with the following schedule, provided that no employee shall be entitled to a vacation prior to the completion of six (6) months of net credited service following his or her latest date of engagement, and provided further that an employee shall begin his vacation before the end of the calendar year:
