Eligible Family Member. The definition of “Eligible family member” contained in SMC 4.24.005 shall be amended by the elimination of the existing phrase “who is (a) under eighteen (18) years of age; or (b) eighteen (18) years of age or older and incapable of self care because of a mental or physical disability” and the addition of the word “sibling.”
