Guild Notification. Management will provide the Guild with a list of the PEO’s who applied for a Specialty Assignment as well as a copy of any written recommendations generated by a Specialty Assignment selection process within thirty (30) days of the selection. Management will notify the Guild at least thirty (30) days prior to the elimination of any Special Assignment position unless extenuating circumstances justify a shorter period of notice. If providing thirty (30) days notice does not occur due to extenuating circumstances, Management will provide as much notice as is practical.

Guild Notification. Within seven (7) days of date of employment as a lateral hire or successful graduation from the basic law enforcement academy, the Employer shall provide notice of a new hire to the Guild Board. The Employer shall provide the Guild with the name, address, and telephone number of all new bargaining unit members. The Guild shall be allowed a reasonable amount of paid regular time to meet with new bargaining unit members (reasonable will be interpreted recognizing that state law allows for 30 minutes and that meetings can run longer than 30 minutes.)
Guild Notification. Within fourteen (14) days or as soon as possible from the date of hire of a new employee, the Employer shall forward to the Guild the name, address, telephone number and Social Security number of the new employee.
