Eligible Services Subject to the sub-section titled ‘Restrictions’, only the following items provided by SAP (and/or SAP entities listed under “SAP entities in scope“ in the Order Form) can be ordered by the Customer (and/or Customer entities listed under “Customer entities in scope” in the Order Form) and counted in the calculation of expenditure against the Commitment Value:
Eligible Population 5.1 Program eligibility is determined by applicable law set forth in Program rules and the requirements established in the Program Policy Manual.
ELIGIBILITY STANDARDS Employee eligibility standards for health care benefits shall be determined solely by the Board of Trustees and as permitted under existing law. The Trust is responsible for notifying newly eligible workers of their opportunity to enroll, enrolling eligible workers, providing open enrollment notifications and follow up to secure required applications/documentation, disenrolling ineligible workers and providing COBRA notifications and follow up. The Employer will provide the Trust with hours worked and other information needed by the Trust to determine eligibility, enroll eligible workers, and disenroll ineligible workers. The Employer will provide information on the Trust’s benefits to all employees during the onboarding process. The Trust shall determine the appropriate level of contribution, if any, by eligible home care workers. Ongoing costs for deduction of home care worker premiums for health care shall be paid by the Employer.
Eligible Goods and Related Services 4.1 All the Goods and Related Services to be supplied under the Contract shall have their origin in any country that is eligible in accordance with ITT 3.9.
Eligible Products For the purpose of this Campaign, any MICHELIN passenger car, SUV, or Commercial Light Truck tyre models are individually referred to as “Eligible Product”.

Innovative/Flexible Scheduling Where the Hospital and the Union agree, arrangements regarding Innovative Scheduling/Flexible Scheduling may be entered into between the parties on a local level. Materials for Employee Choice Each year prior to open enrollment, the Appointing Authority will give eligible employees the information necessary to make open enrollment selections. Employees will be provided a statement of their current coverage each year of the contract.
Using Student feedback in Educator Evaluation ESE will provide model contract language, direction and guidance on using student feedback in Educator Evaluation by June 30, 2013. Upon receiving this model contract language, direction and guidance, the parties agree to bargain with respect to this matter.
