Eligible Schools. Every elementary school shall be eligible to submit an application for an innovation plan. The Innovation Panel shall approve up to six schools for innovation plans, with the discretion to approve two additional schools based upon the quality of the applications. At least three schools approved for innovation plans shall be schools designated by the Illinois State Board of Education as Focus and Priority schools that do not contain special programs and are not scheduled to be converted to an Early Childhood center (in other words, Carlson, Conklin, Ellis, Washington, Kishwaukee, Lathrop, McIntosh, and Xxxxxx). At least three schools approved for innovation plans shall be schools not designated by the Illinois State Board of Education as Focus and Priority schools that do not contain special programs, not scheduled to close prior to the 2018-19 school year, and not scheduled to be converted to an Early
Eligible Schools. Schools eligible for provision of services must have fifty percent (50%) or more of their students eligible to receive free or reduced cost lunches. Schools with highest need (e.g., 100% free or reduced cost lunch) shall be targeted for services. CONTRACTOR shall document efforts to provide services in as many school districts as possible. CONTRACTOR shall also consider the level of support likely to be received from administrative staff and teachers when identifying 10 13 through 14 June 30, 20 15 16 18 19 20 9 of said Standard Agreement and shall be as follows: 21 1. By September 30, 2008, CONTRACTOR shall: 22 a. Meet with a local Orange County group entitled the Dental Health Advisory Board, 23 whose members should include representation from education, the dental profession, community, and 24 parent groups for the purpose of improving the dental health of the children in Orange County. 25 b. In conjunction with the Dental Health Advisory Board, support and participate in the 26 Ayuda clinics for children in the California Children’s Dental Disease Prevention Program Schools.
Eligible Schools. All K-12 public schools in Monterey County, California are eligible to receive funding.

  • Eligible Population 5.1 Program eligibility is determined by applicable law set forth in Program rules and the requirements established in the Program Policy Manual. 5.2 The unduplicated number of Clients for PHC services is 430. This represents the Grantee’s projected number of unduplicated Clients to be served during the Contract period. If during the Contract period it is foreseen that the Grantee might be unable to serve the contracted number of children, HHSC may reduce the Grantee’s grant award amount.

  • Eligible Goods and Related Services 4.1 All the Goods and Related Services to be supplied under the Contract shall have their origin in any country that is eligible in accordance with ITT 3.9. 4.2 For purposes of this ITT, the term “goods” includes commodities, raw material, machinery, equipment, and industrial plants; and “related services” include services such as insurance, installation, training, and initial maintenance.

  • Employee Discipline Appropriate sanctions must be applied against workforce 18 members who fail to comply with any provisions of CONTRACTOR’s privacy P&Ps, including 19 termination of employment where appropriate.

  • Open Enrollment KFHPWA will allow enrollment of Subscribers and Dependents who did not enroll when newly eligible as described above during a limited period of time specified by the Group and KFHPWA.

  • Other Fringe Benefits During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to receive such of the Company’s other fringe benefits as are being provided to other Executives of the Company on the Senior Executive Team.

  • SALARY DETERMINATION FOR EMPLOYEES IN ADULT EDUCATION 1. The following shall apply to employees providing instruction in adult education programs in these districts: Continuing Education employees in the Adult Education High School Completion Program (credit courses) and Adult Education Academic Upgrading Programs (Adult Basic Education, General Education Development, Pre-General Education Development, Literacy and Adult Education English Language Programs). Employees teaching Adult Education academic programs including: High School Completion Program, Pathfinder High School Completion Program, Academic Business Education Program, General Equivalency Diploma Program, Adult Basic Education Program, Adult English as a Second Language Program, and Adult Special Education Program, in the Continuing Education Division.

  • Compensation for Providing Information The Party requesting Information agrees to reimburse the other Party for the reasonable out-of-pocket costs, if any, of creating, gathering and copying such Information, to the extent that such costs are incurred for the benefit of the requesting Party.

  • Medicaid Enrollment Treatment Grantees shall enroll as a provider with Texas Medicaid and Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) and all Medicaid Managed Care organizations in Grantee’s service region within the first quarter of this procurement term and maintain through the procurement term.
