Common use of Emergency Assignment Clause in Contracts

Emergency Assignment. A teacher may be assigned by the principal to teach during their preparation time. Teachers may be assigned up to four (4) times. Any emergency substitute placement up to four (4) hours counts as one assignment. These assignments will only be made in an emergency or when a regular substitute teacher is not available.
