Special Trips Sample Clauses
The 'Special Trips' clause defines the terms and conditions under which additional or non-standard transportation services are provided beyond the regular scope of work. Typically, this clause outlines when and how such trips can be requested, who bears the associated costs, and any advance notice or approval requirements. For example, if a client needs an extra delivery outside the normal schedule, this clause would specify the process and charges involved. Its core practical function is to ensure both parties understand the procedures and financial responsibilities for any transportation services that fall outside the standard agreement, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring operational clarity.
