Emergency Callouts. Except as provided in Articles 10.02 and 10.03, an employee reporting for work at the call of the Employer in response to an emergency alarm, shall be paid at the rate of two (2) times the employee’s regular rate of pay for all hours worked in response to the call, with a minimum of three (3) hours at the rate of two (2) times the employee’s regular rate of pay. For purposes of calculation, the employee shall be paid for the travel time from home to the duty station but not from the duty station to home, up to a maximum of one-half (½) hour.
