Common use of Emergency Calls Clause in Contracts

Emergency Calls. The Post Office HomePhone Service allows calls to be made to the 999 and 112 emergency services numbers and provides information concerning the location from which a call to the emergency organisations has been made. You will still be able to make calls to emergency services if we have barred your calls. You will not be able to make calls to emergency services if your telephone line is unavailable (for example because the telephone network is interrupted by a flood, storm or similar event), or if Post Office HomePhone is cancelled and you do not arrange for a replacement provider.
