Routing to Directory Assistance and Operator Services. 3.1 Upon request by Reseller, to the extent technically feasible, Xxxx Atlantic will provide to Reseller the capability of rerouting to Reseller's platforms directory assistance traffic (411 and 555-1212 calls) from Reseller Customers served by resold Xxxx Atlantic Retail Telecommunications Service dial tone line service and operator services traffic (0+ and 0- intraLATA calls) from Reseller Customers served by resold Xxxx Atlantic Retail Telecommunications Service dial tone line service. 3.2 A request for the rerouting service described in Exhibit I, Section 4.1 must be made by Reseller (a) on a Xxxx Atlantic switch-by-Xxxx Atlantic switch basis, and (b) at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date that the rerouting capability is to be made available in an applicable Xxxx Atlantic switch. 3.3 The prices for the rerouting service described in Exhibit I, Section 4.1 shall be as stated in Exhibit II, Section 2.

AT&T shall pay GTE's costs, if any, pursuant to the pricing standards of Section 252(d) of the Act and in such amounts or levels as determined by the Commission for implementation of such routing. This Agreement shall not require GTE to furnish resold tariffed services minus operator services. Customized routing provided by GTE shall on an interim, short-term basis, be provided subject to the following terms and conditions: (1) AT&T shall submit reasonable requests and identify those geographic areas where it wants customized routing; (2) within a reasonable time after receiving AT&T’s notification, GTE shall identify its switches serving the designated area and advise AT&T whether customized routing is technically feasible for those switches; (3) if customized routing is technically feasible, GTE shall make such routing available within a reasonable time period; (4) AT&T shall pay all the costs associated with its selective routing request; and (5) the parties shall work to establish a long-term industry solution.
Routing to Directory Assistance and Operator Services. 28.1 Where ACSI purchases either Local Services or Local Switching as an Unbundled Element, upon ACSI's request, GTE will, where technically feasible, provide the functionality and features required to modify the ACSI Customer's line at GTE's local switch (LS) to route all calls to the ACSI Network for local Directory Assistance and the ACSI Platform for Operator Services. ACSI shall pay GTE's costs, if any, pursuant to the pricing standards of Section 252(d) of the Act and in such amounts or levels as determined by the Commission for implementation of such routing.
Routing to Directory Assistance and Operator Services. 12.10.11.1 Upon request by AT&T, Verizon will provide to AT&T the capability of rerouting to AT&T’s platforms directory assistance traffic (411 and 555-1212 calls) from AT&T Customers served by resold Verizon dial tone line service and operator services traffic (O+ and 0- intraLATA calls) from AT&T Customers served by resold Verizon dial tone line service. 12.10.11.2 A request for the rerouting service described in Section 12.10.11.1 must be made by AT&T (a) on a Verizon switch-by-Verizon switch basis, and (b) at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date that the rerouting capability is to be made available in an applicable Verizon switch.
Routing to Directory Assistance and Operator Services. 28.1 Where AT&T purchases Local Switching as an Unbundled Element, upon AT&T's request, GTE will, where technically feasible, provide the functionality and features required to modify the AT&T Customer's line at GTE's local switch (LS) to route all calls to the AT&T Network for local Directory Assistance and the AT&T Platform for Operator Services. AT&T shall pay GTE's costs, if any, pursuant to the pricing standards of Section 252(d) of the Act and in such amounts or levels as determined by the Commission for implementation of such routing. Neither this Section 28.1 nor any other section contained in this Agreement shall obligate GTE to route, or provide the functionality and features required to modify the AT&T Customer’s line at GTE’s local switch (LS) to route calls to the AT&T Network for local Directory Assistance and the AT&T Platform for Operator Services when AT&T purchases Local Services. Local Directory Assistance and Operator Services calls dialled by AT&T Customers when AT&T purchases Local Services shall be routed to GTE’s Directory Assistance and Operator Services platforms.

  • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by CBB for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by CBB, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit CBB to route the CBB Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by CBB. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by CBB and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at CBB's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, CBB will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. CBB shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to CBB’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

  • Directory Assistance Service 8.3.1 Directory Assistance Service provides local end user telephone number listings with the option to complete the call at the caller's direction separate and distinct from local switching.

  • Directory Assistance 72.1 The Parties acknowledge that CenturyLink is not a Directory Assistance (DA) provider. CenturyLink provides directory listings information for its subscribers to third party DA providers to be included in the national and local databases used by such third party providers. The Parties agree that to the extent the DA provider contracted by CLEC for DA services to CLEC’s subscribers also populates the national DA database, then CLEC’s DA listings have been made available to CenturyLink’s subscribers and no further effort is needed by either Party. If for any reason, CLEC desires that CenturyLink act as a middleman conduit for the placement of CLEC’s DA listings in the DA database(s), then CenturyLink shall provide such compensable DA listings service pursuant to separate written terms and conditions between CenturyLink and CLEC which will be attached to this Agreement as an Amendment.

  • Directory Assistance Service Updates 8.3.3.1 BellSouth shall update end user listings changes daily. These changes include: 8.3.3.1.1 New end user connections 3.3.1.2 End user disconnections

  • Payments for Distribution Assistance and Administrative Support Services (a) Payments to the Distributor. In consideration of the payments made by the Fund to the Distributor under this Plan, the Distributor shall provide administrative support services and distribution services to the Fund. Such services include distribution assistance and administrative support services rendered in connection with Shares (1) sold in purchase transactions, (2) issued in exchange for shares of another investment company for which the Distributor serves as distributor or sub-distributor, or (3) issued pursuant to a plan of reorganization to which the Fund is a party. If the Board believes that the Distributor may not be rendering appropriate distribution assistance or administrative support services in connection with the sale of Shares, then the Distributor, at the request of the Board, shall provide the Board with a written report or other information to verify that the Distributor is providing appropriate services in this regard. For such services, the Fund will make the following payments to the Distributor:

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition. 13.2 If the Hosting of Customer Data by Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract contributes to or directly causes a Data Breach, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1 related to breach reporting requirements and associated costs. Likewise if such Hosting contributes to or directly causes a Security Incident, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1, as applicable. 14 Change Management

  • Maintenance and Support Services If this Agreement is for IT goods or services, this section applies: Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement: The Contractor shall promptly provide the Court with all Upgrades, including without limitation: (i) all Upgrades generally made available by Contractor to its other customers; (ii) Upgrades as necessary so that the Work complies with the Specifications and Applicable Law (including changes in Applicable Law); (iii) Upgrades as necessary so that the Work operates under new versions or releases of the Court’s operating system or database platform; and (iv) all on-site services necessary for installation of Upgrades. Without limiting any other obligation of Contractor under this Agreement, Contractor represents and warrants that it will maintain services, equipment, software or any other part of the Work so that they operate in accordance with their Specifications and Documentation; and The Contractor shall respond to the Court within four (4) hours after the Court reports a Technical Support Incident (such hours all occurring during Standard M&S Hours) to Contractor. DELIVERY, ACCEPTANCE, AND PAYMENT Delivery. Contractor shall deliver to the Court the Deliverables in accordance with this Agreement, including the Statement of Work. Unless otherwise specified by this Agreement, Contractor will deliver all goods purchased by the Court “Free on Board Destination Freight Prepaid” to the Court at the address and location specified by the Court. Title to all goods purchased by the Court vests in the Court upon payment of the applicable purchase price. Contractor will bear the risk of loss for any Work being delivered until received by the Court at the proper location. All shipments by Contractor or its Subcontractors must include packing sheets identifying: this Agreement number, the Court’s purchase order number, item number, quantity and unit of measure, part number and description of the goods shipped, and appropriate evidence of inspection, if required. Goods for different Agreements shall be listed on separate packing sheets.

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • Support Services Rehabilitation, counselling and EAP’s. Support is strictly non- punitive, and can be accessed at anytime (self-identification of the need for help is strongly encouraged).
