Emergency Change Request. Kenmec agrees to acknowledge all written emergency change requests within one (1) Business Day, such acknowledgments to include at a minimum, a date on which Kenmec will respond to OJO with the conditions (including price and delivery impact) for implementing the proposed changes. An emergency will be defined as a severe situation, including Product safety, Product quality or a line shut down. Upon both Parties’ agreement on the price, delivery, or any other conditions impacted by the emergency change request, OJO will issue a Change Order to Kenmec reflecting these new terms and conditions.

Emergency Change Request. Flextronics agrees to acknowledge all emergency change requests within one (1) business day, such acknowledgments to include at a minimum, a date on which Flextronics will respond to Agilent with the conditions (including but not limited to price and delivery impact) for implementing the proposed changes. An emergency will be defined as a severe situation, including Product safety, Product quality or a line shut down. Upon both Parties' agreement on the price, delivery, or any other conditions impacted by the emergency change request, Agilent will issue a Change Order to Flextronics reflecting these new terms and conditions.
Emergency Change Request. An Emergency Change Request is an unplanned change that meets the conditions specified below:  It concerns changes to existing rules or the creation of new rules and/or objects in the Rule Set of one (1) VNS -Security service; or  It clearly specifies the required configuration setting and its new value. Verizon will review, accept and implement an Emergency Change Request (“Emergency Change Request”) according to the times defined below: Accepted NTE 2 hours after Accepted for Review Implementation NTE 8 hours after acceptance Cost 8 Service Tickets During the review and implementation of an Emergency Change Request, the Customer will:  Ensure that the data supplied to Verizon are detailed enough to allow Verizon to review the request on time.  Ensure that an authorized person is available by telephone to further clarify the Emergency Change Request.  Confirm the decisions taken during phone calls with Secure E-mail An Emergency Change Request implies that Verizon has less time to review and mitigate potential availability or security risks associated with the change request and therefore its implementation carries a higher degree of risk. By submitting such a request, the Customer accepts all risk associated with the Emergency Change Request.

  • Change Request Either Landlord or Tenant may request Changes after Landlord approves the Approved Plans by notifying the other party thereof in writing in substantially the same form as the AIA standard change order form (a “Change Request”), which Change Request shall detail the nature and extent of any requested Changes, including (a) the Change, (b) the party required to perform the Change and (c) any modification of the Approved Plans and the Schedule, as applicable, necessitated by the Change. If the nature of a Change requires revisions to the Approved Plans, then the requesting party shall be solely responsible for the cost and expense of such revisions and any increases in the cost of the Tenant Improvements as a result of such Change. Change Requests shall be signed by the requesting party’s Authorized Representative.

  • Change Requests 4.1.1. Either party can request changes to the Service.

  • PRODUCT AND PRICING CHANGE REQUESTS Supplier may request Equipment, Product, or Service changes, additions, or deletions at any time. All requests must be made in writing by submitting a signed Sourcewell Price and Product Change Request Form to the assigned Sourcewell Supplier Development Administrator. This approved form is available from the assigned Sourcewell Supplier Development Administrator. At a minimum, the request must: • Identify the applicable Sourcewell contract number; • Clearly specify the requested change; • Provide sufficient detail to justify the requested change; • Individually list all Equipment, Products, or Services affected by the requested change, along with the requested change (e.g., addition, deletion, price change); and • Include a complete restatement of pricing documentation in Microsoft Excel with the effective date of the modified pricing, or product addition or deletion. The new pricing restatement must include all Equipment, Products, and Services offered, even for those items where pricing remains unchanged. A fully executed Sourcewell Price and Product Change Request Form will become an amendment to this Contract and will be incorporated by reference.

  • Employee-Requested Schedule Changes Overtime-eligible employees’ workweeks and work schedules may be changed at the employee’s request and with the Employer’s approval, provided the Employer’s business and customer service needs are met and no overtime expense is incurred.

  • Emergency Conditions “Emergency Condition” shall mean a condition or situation: (1) that in the judgment of the Party making the claim is imminently likely to endanger life or property; or (2) that, in the case of the Transmission Provider, is imminently likely (as determined in a non-discriminatory manner) to cause a material adverse effect on the security of, or damage to the Transmission System, the Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities or the Transmission Systems of others to which the Transmission System is directly connected; or (3) that, in the case of the Interconnection Customer, is imminently likely (as determined in a non-discriminatory manner) to cause a material adverse effect on the security of, or damage to, the Small Generating Facility or the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Under Emergency Conditions, the Transmission Owner may immediately suspend interconnection service and temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility. The Transmission Provider shall notify the Interconnection Customer promptly when it becomes aware of an Emergency Condition that may reasonably be expected to affect the Interconnection Customer’s operation of the Small Generating Facility. The Interconnection Customer shall notify the Transmission Provider promptly when it becomes aware of an Emergency Condition that may reasonably be expected to affect the Transmission Owner’s Transmission System or other Affected Systems. To the extent information is known, the notification shall describe the Emergency Condition, the extent of the damage or deficiency, the expected effect on the operation of both Parties’ facilities and operations, its anticipated duration, and the necessary corrective action.

  • Emergency Rate Redetermination Forest Service shall redetermine rates if, upon Purchaser's application, Forest Service determies that, because of changes in the timber market since the award date or the last rate redetermination under this provision, the Producer Price Index identified in A20 has declined by 25 percent. Rates shall be redetermined under B3.3 and shall be considered established under B3.1 for timber Scaled subsequent to Purchaser's application. This Subsection shall not apply during Contract Term Extension.
