Emergency Services Programs (ESPs. Medically necessary services provided through designated, contracted providers, and which are available seven (7) days per week, twenty-four (24) hours per day to provide treatment of any individual who is experiencing a mental health or substance use disorder crisis, or both. An ESP encounter includes, at a minimum, crisis assessment, intervention and stabilization, as described in Appendix C. In addition to contracted ESPs, ESP Encounter services (not Youth Mobile Crisis Intervention services) may also be provided by outpatient hospital emergency departments as further directed by EOHHS.

Emergency Services Programs (ESPs. Medically Necessary services that are available seven days per week, 24 hours per day, to provide assessment, or treatment, or stabilization, or any combination of these services to any Enrollee who is experiencing a mental health or substance use disorder, or both, including the Emergency Assessment, Medication Management Services, Short Term Crisis Counseling, Short Term Crisis Stabilization Services and Specialing Services as described in Appendix C, as applicable, of the Contract.
Emergency Services Programs (ESPs. 2.9.5.1. The Contractor shall ensure that all emergency services are available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, either in the Contractor’s own facilities or through arrangements with other First Tier, Downstream, or Related Entities. The Contractor must designate emergency sites that are as conveniently located as possible for after-hours emergency care. 2.9.5.2. The Contractor shall negotiate provider agreements with emergency care providers to ensure prompt and appropriate payment for Emergency Services. Such network provider agreements shall provide a process for determining a true and actual emergency.

If the Contractor does not contract with ESPs operated by DMH, the Contractor shall coordinate admissions and triage with DMH ESPs as it would with any contracted ESP. c. The Contractor must include the Emergency Services Programs (ESPs) serving members in each county where the Contractor operates in its Behavioral Health Provider Network as part of the Covered Services for Behavioral health in Appendix A. The Contractor will contract with the ESPs according to the established Performance Specifications that currently exist for MassHealth-only members.

  • Emergency Services The parties recognize that in the event of a strike or lockout, situations may arise of an emergency nature. To this end, the Employer and the Union will agree to provide services of an emergency nature.

  • Emergency Services Leave (a) An Employee who engages in a voluntary emergency management activity is entitled to be absent without loss of pay from his or her employment for a total of 5 days per annum commencing at the start of each calendar year. For the avoidance of doubt, any days not utilised by the Employee by the end of the calendar year, do not carry over into the subsequent year. (b) Voluntary emergency management activity has the meaning provided by the FWA.

If any remuneration, other than for expenses, is received, it shall be remitted to the Employer.

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.

  • Program Services a) Personalized Care Practice agrees to provide to Program Member certain enhancements and amenities to professional medical services to be rendered by Personalized Care Practice to Program Member, as further described in Schedule 1 to these Terms. Upon prior written notice to Program Member, Personalized Care Practice may add or modify the Program Services set forth in Schedule 1, as reasonably necessary, and subject to such additional fees and/or terms and conditions as may be reasonably necessary. b) Program Member acknowledges that the Program Services are services that are not covered services under any insurance contract to which Program Member may be a party, including, without limitation, Medicare, and are not reimbursable by Program Member’s insurer, health plan or any governmental entity, including Medicare. Program Member agrees to bear sole financial responsibility for the Member Amenities Fee and agrees not to submit to Program Member’s insurer, health plan or governmental entity any xxxx, invoice or claim for payment or reimbursement of such Member Amenities Fee. c) Personalized Care Practice or its designated affiliate will separately charge Program Member or Program Member’s insurer, health plan or governmental entity for medical, clinical, diagnostic or therapeutic services rendered by Personalized Care Practice or its designated affiliate to Program Member, and Program Member may seek payment or reimbursement from Program Member’s insurer or health plan for any such service to the extent covered by Program Member’s insurer, health plan or governmental entity. d) Program Member understands, agrees and covenants that this Agreement is a service contract, and not a contract for insurance.

  • Emergency Room Services This plan covers services received in a hospital emergency room when needed to stabilize or initiate treatment in an emergency. If your condition needs immediate or urgent, but non-emergency care, contact your PCP or use an urgent care center. This plan covers bandages, crutches, canes, collars, and other supplies incidental to your treatment in the emergency room as part of our allowance for the emergency room services. Additional services provided in the emergency room such as radiology or physician consultations are covered separately from emergency room services and may require additional copayments. The amount you pay is based on the type of service being rendered. Follow-up care services, such as suture removal, fracture care or wound care, received at the emergency room will require an additional emergency room copayment. Follow- up care services can be obtained from your primary care provider or a specialist. See Dental Services in Section 3 for information regarding emergency dental care services.

  • Medical Services Plan Regular Full-Time and Temporary Full-Time Employees shall be entitled to be covered under the Medical Services Plan commencing the first day of the calendar month following the date of employment. The City shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premiums required by the plan.

  • Disaster Services In the event of a local, state, or federal emergency, including natural, man-made, criminal, terrorist, and/or bioterrorism events, declared as a state disaster by the Governor, or a federal disaster declared by the appropriate federal official, Grantee may be called upon to assist the System Agency in providing the following services: i. Community evacuation; ii. Health and medical assistance; iii. Assessment of health and medical needs; iv. Health surveillance; v. Medical care personnel; vi. Health and medical equipment and supplies; vii. Patient evacuation; viii. In-hospital care and hospital facility status; ix. Food, drug and medical device safety; x. Worker health and safety; xi. Mental health and substance abuse; xii. Public health information; xiii. Vector control and veterinary services; and xiv. Victim identification and mortuary services.

  • Custody Services The Fund, on behalf of the Series, will open with Mellon one or more custody account(s) designated "Series" (such designated custody account(s) hereinafter referred to as "Series Account"). The Series Account will contain the appropriate designation in its title and will be operated subject to the terms of the Custodian Agreement between Mellon and the Fund.
