EMERGENCY STATUS. In the event a MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN occurs and your VEHICLE becomes inoperative during evening/night hours, holidays or weekends, you have the authority to have the VEHICLE repaired under "Emergency Status" not to exceed four hundred dollars ($400.00). You must obtain from the repair facility proper documentation relating to the VEHICLE and performed repairs. You must then contact the ADMINISTRATOR at 000-000-0000 the next business day to determine coverages under the terms and conditions of this CONTRACT. Only reasonable and customary COSTS will be paid.

Claims for emergency repairs exceeding the four hundred dollars ($400.00) will be handled according to the same standard limits of liability and exclusions as any other claim noted in the CONTRACT. You must obtain from the repair facility proper documentation relating to the VEHICLE and performed repairs. You must then contact the ADMINISTRATOR at 000-000-0000 the next business day to determine coverages under the terms and conditions of this CONTRACT. Only reasonable and customary COSTS will be paid.
EMERGENCY STATUS. If the program should declare any special circumstance or emergency status with the purpose of temporary modification of education or specialty specific training for greater than two weeks, KSOM will immediately consult over the changes with up to four (4) representatives designated by the Union. Subsequent meetings shall occur as appropriate as mutually agreed upon by KSOM and the representatives for as long as the emergency status is maintained.
EMERGENCY STATUS. In the event emergency operation protocol is activated and impacts Springfield Municipal Jail inmate housing services, contracted inmate housing services and compensation schedules may be modified. Changes to inmate housing services due to emergency operation protocols will be communicated in writing, including the beginning and end date of emergency status.   • Emergency Situations If the condition is an emergency, this will be communicated to the Contractor with the request that corrections are to be accomplished immediately. The Contractor shall respond to the notice in emergency situations within twenty-four hours. If the Contractor fails to respond within this time limit, the Owner may correct the defect and charge the Contractor for the Work. If it is determined the complaint is not the responsibility of the Contractor, the Contractor shall be promptly paid for the cost of the corrective work. The Contractor shall give notice in writing to the Owner when corrections have been completed.

  • EMERGENCY SERVICE If you are unable to reach Administrator at 877.634.0964 and you require emergency repair, you may contact any manufacturer authorized service repair facility listed in Your phone book or online. Mail Administrator Your original repair bill along with the technician’s report and a copy of the Agreement to the address at the top of this Agreement for reimbursement. All coverage and exclusions in this Agreement will apply.

  • Emergency Suspension The Union and the District recognize that emergency situations can occur involving the health and welfare of students, employees, or the public.

  • Emergency Situation In the event of an emergency situation beyond our reasonable control, such as an "act of God," war, fire, or natural disaster, services involving your account could be available only in a modified or reduced form or could be entirely unavailable.   • Emergency Medical Condition A medical condition manifesting itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that a prudent layperson, who possesses an average knowledge of health and medicine, could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: (1) placing the health of the individual (or with respect to a pregnant woman, the health of the woman or her unborn child) in serious jeopardy; (2) serious impairment to body functions; or (3) serious dysfunction of any body organ or part.

  • Emergency Duty 41.1 Where an employee is called on duty to meet an emergency at a time when the employee would not ordinarily have been on duty, and no notice of such call was given to the employee prior to ceasing ordinary duty, the employee will be paid for such emergency duty at the rate of double time.

  • Emergency Services The parties recognize that in the event of a strike or lockout, situations may arise of an emergency nature. To this end, the Employer and the Union will agree to provide services of an emergency nature.

  • Emergency Service Leave ‌ Where employees' services are required for emergency operations by request from the Provincial Emergency Program or appropriate police authority, leave from work as required may be granted without loss of basic pay. If any remuneration, other than for expenses, is received, it shall be remitted to the Employer.
