Compensation Schedules. The initial Compensation Schedule A is attached. Insurer and General Distributor reserve the right to change, amend, or cancel any Compensation Schedule as to business produced after such change by mailing notice of such change in the form of a new Compensation Schedule to Broker-Dealer. Such change shall be effective, unless otherwise specified, ten (10) days after the notice is mailed.
Compensation Schedules. Compensation for bargaining unit positions will be listed on the wage and salary schedules set forth in Appendix A of the Agreement.
Compensation Schedules. The salary schedule is designated as Appendix A, and the extra duty pay schedule is designated as Appendix B. Both are incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement.
Compensation Schedules. 1. The Compensation Schedule for 2018-2021 school year shall be set forth in Appendixes A-C1.
2. New hires will receive a total of $200.00 per day that they may be required to work prior to the start of the school calendar years.
3. Longevity: Bargaining unit members who have been on the last step of the BA+36/MA, MA+15, MA+30, MA+45, or MA+60/DOC columns for one or more years shall be compensated as follows:
Compensation Schedules. In addition to the standard step schedule, there shall be the following extended compensation plans:
(a) Instructor salary schedule which includes the classes of Mental Retardation Adult Services Instructor and Industries Instructor (B.E.S.B.)
(b) Teacher salary schedules which include the classes of State School Teacher, Pupil Services Specialist, Education Consultant for the Blind (Mobility Instruction), Rehabilitation Teacher 1, Rehabilitation Teacher 2, Correction Department Vocational Instructor, and Correction Recreation Supervisor.
(c) Supervisor salary schedule which includes the classes of Mental Retardation Education Program Supervisor and State School Department Head, and which provides that employees with a sixth (6th) year certificate in the appropriate area of certification shall be assigned to steps 3 through 13 while employees without such sixth (6th) year certificate shall be assigned to steps 1 through 10.
Compensation Schedules. Commencing with Fall semester of 2019, adjunct teaching faculty shall be compensated per load hour of instruction on the following compensation schedule. For the purpose of compensation schedule placement, a semester shall be defined as a Fall or Spring and no other term. The College will provide the Union with a list of adjuncts and their respective tier placement for the 2019- 2020 academic year by September 30, 2019. The pay rate for Summer session compensation shall be the pay rate of the immediately preceding Spring semester. Compensation Schedules. The parties agree to a “salary schedule freeze” during the 2011-2012 school term. Accordingly, except for those teachers receiving a retirement incentive, every employee covered by this Agreement shall receive the same base salary he/she received during the 2010-2011 school term and no vertical or horizontal advancement shall be permitted during the 2011-2012 school term. New employees shall be appropriately placed on the 2010-2011 salary schedule. In lieu of any other increase, except for those employees receiving a retirement incentive, every full-time employee covered by this Agreement who worked full-time in the District during 2010-11 and is now working in 2011-2012, shall receive a non-recurring payment of seven hundred dollars ($700.00). Such sum shall be paid in two (2) equal installments to be paid on December, 15, 2011 and on June 30, 2012. Part-time employees shall receive a pro-rated bonus based on their percentage of full time employment during the 2011-2012 school term. (The following paragraph will not be applicable during 2011-2012.) Each school year, teachers, psychologists, social workers, certified school nurses, speech-language pathologists, vocational facilitators, and educational diagnosticians shall be placed on the appropriate level of the Compensation Schedule (one [1] level higher than the previous year), except part-time staff shall receive experience increments every other year as provided before. Teachers who at hire date hold a Master’s Degree which requires sixty (60) or more hours of credit shall be initially placed in the MA +30 Column. Teachers may be required to present certification of the requirement for the sixty (60) Hour Masters. Teachers who at hire date hold a sixty (60) hour Masters shall have a one hundred eighty five (185) day work year. All other teachers, certified school nurses, speech-language pathologists, vocational facilitators, and educational diagnosticians shall have a one hundred eighty (180) day work year, unless the host district in which the teacher is placed conducts a regularly scheduled work year which is longer than one hundred eighty (180) days (excluding “snow” days); in such case, the staff member shall have a standard work year equal in length to the host district’s. (The following paragraph will not be applicable during 2011-2012.) Compensation Schedules. The salaries and wages to be paid under this Agreement shall be in full accord with the compensation schedules attached to this Agreement as Appendix "A".
Compensation Schedules. Dealer earns the compensation set forth in Schedule 2.1/Exhibit C-1 for each Authorized Subscriber. If an Authorized GSM Subscriber activates only one Authorized Rate Plan per Company SIM, then that rate plan (voice or data) constitutes the primary Authorized Rate Plan. Dealer earns no compensation for activations on non-authorized rate plans.
