Employee and Student Safety. The District reserves the right to request the immunization status or records of employees. In the event the records are not available, or the employee declines the District shall comply with the directives of the properly authorized Health Agency when dealing with a contagious illness. Failure to provide such documentation will result in the individual not being able to report to work until released by a doctor. The individual may use accumulated sick leave, annual leave, or leave without pay while waiting to return to work.
