Employee Assignments. 1. Employees will be notified of their job assignments by June 1 except in the case of unusual circumstances. 2. The District will make every effort to fill positions with contract employees. The building administrator will give preference to current qualified employees over retired employees. In the event of a retirement during the school year, the retiree will be afforded the opportunity to continue that position without posting. The administration retains flexibility to determine employee assignments based on best needs of children and programs.
