Common use of Employee Federation activities Clause in Contracts

Employee Federation activities. The Employer agrees that one City employee Federation xxxxxxx may investigate and discuss grievances at the City of Missoula Wastewater Division facility provided that the investigation and discussion does not, in any way, interfere with the efficient and normal operation of the Wastewater Division's facilities and does not last any longer than fifteen (15) minutes on any given individual workday.
