Visits by Federation Representatives. The Employer agrees that accredited representatives of the MFPE shall have full and free access to the premises of the Employer at any time during working hours to conduct Federation business so long as the duty function of the employee(s) is not impaired. Prior to entering premises, Federation representatives must check with the Employer to make their presence known.
Visits by Federation Representatives. The County agrees that accredited representatives of the Federation shall have reasonable access to the premises of the County to conduct Federation business. Such visits shall not interfere with the normal operation of the department.
Visits by Federation Representatives. The County agrees that accredited officers, the chief xxxxxxx 59 and the member-at-large of FOPPO, upon reasonable and proper introduction, shall have reasonable access to 60 the premises of the County at any time during working hours to conduct Federation business. The Federation 1 agrees that such visits will cause no disruptions or interruptions of work. Such access shall include appropriate 2 keys, proxys and alarm access. Employees with access shall immediately return any cards and access 3 information to management upon cessation of their term of office. 4
Visits by Federation Representatives. The Employer shall grant reasonable leave of absence without pay to employees whenever required in the performance of duties as "duly authorized representatives of the Federation." "Duly authorized representatives" is defined as members of regularly constituted committees and/or officers of the Federation, a list to be supplied to the Employer annually and upon change. The parties share an interest in resolving disputes at their earliest stages and continually improving communications between the Federation and the Employer. To that end, if staffing permits, the Employer shall allow the Federation president or a mutually agreeable duly authorized representative one release day a week with pay. The Federation president or duly authorized representative will use this time to identify potential problems and concerns and regularly report those issues to MSP and MCE management and human resources. The cost of release time will be divided equally between the Employer and the Federation.

The Employer agrees that staffrepresentatives of the Federation shall be permitted to come on the premises of the City Wastewater Division facility for the purpose of investigating and discussing grievances ifthe Federation representative first obtains a mutually agreeable time with the City of Missoula Wastewater Division Superintendent or their designated representative, so long as the visit by the Federation representative does not, in any way, interfere with the efficient and normal operation of the Wastewater Division's facilities and does not last any longer one-half (1/2) hour on any individual work day.
