Employee Fitness. (a) The Employer and the Union recognize in principle that physically fit Employees are able to work more efficiently, can better tolerate stress and demonstrate better attendance. (b) To encourage physical fitness, the Employer shall pay seventy-five percent (75%) of the fees for Fitness Classes offered by BCIT.
