Common use of Employee Fitness Clause in Contracts

Employee Fitness. The Employer will reimburse each Employee for twenty-five percent (25%) of the cost of the membership fee(s) for the Employee to join a fitness facility. This reimbursement will be made upon the presentation of the appropriate receipt(s) and will be paid only once in each calendar year.
