Employee Leaving During Notice. 2.6.8 An employee whose employment is terminated for reasons set out in subclause 1 may terminate such employment during the period of notice and, subject to subclause 9, be entitled to the same benefits and payments under this clause had the employee remained in employment with the employer until the expiry of such notice.
