Employee Manual. As to those items not specified herein, the relationship between the parties shall be governed by the general employment manual, dated December 1, 1998, and any additions and replacements thereto.
Employee Manual. The Company has established an Employee Manual, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the Employee, which manual, as the same may from time to time be amended or supplemented at the Company's sole discretion, is hereby incorporated in and made a part of this agreement.
Employee Manual. Employee acknowledges that Employee has been provided a copy of the Excelligence Learning Corporation Employee Manual. It is agreed and understood that the Employee Manual represents guidelines that the Company may change from time to time in its sole discretion. It is not intended to be a contract. To the extent that this Agreement conflicts with the Employee Manual, the terms of this Agreement pertain to Employee’s employment.
Employee Manual. 3.1. Employee acknowledges receipt of Xxxxxxx.xxx’s Employee Manual and agrees that the provisions of the Employee Manual form an integral part of this Agreement so long as Employee is an employee of Xxxxxxx.xxx. To the extent that the provisions of this Agreement are inconsistent with the provisions of the Employee Manual, the provisions of this Agreement will control and supersede those of the Employee Manual.
Employee Manual. 3.1. Employee acknowledges receipt of Bookings’ Employee Manual, the provisions of which form an integral part of this employment contract.
Employee Manual. This employment agreement is subject to the attached Employee Manual (Attachment I). This Employee Manual contains the general employment conditions which apply to all employees of Merus B.V. The Employee Manual is an integral part of this employment agreement and is provided to the Employee at the start of the employment. The provisions laid down in the Employee Manual apply to this employment agreement insofar as these are not expressly deviated from. The Employer reserves the right to make changes to the provisions which are laid down in the Employee Manual.

To the extent that this Agreement conflicts with the Employee Manual, the terms of this Agreement pertain to Employee's employment.
Employee Manual. 2.1 The Employee has received from the Company a copy of the current version of the Employee Manual dated , (the “Manual”).
2.2 The Employee has read and understands the policies in the Manual (“Policies”) and agrees that their employment shall be governed by them.
2.3 The Company may, from time to time, amend, alter, or delete Policies in order to meet its business needs or adhere to changing legislation, and the Employee agrees that upon receiving notice of such changes, their employment with the Company shall be governed by such revised policies.
2.4 The Employee understands that failure to adhere to Policies may result in disciplinary measures, up to and including immediate termination of their employment with the Company for cause.
2.5 In the event of inconsistency between the terms in the Manual and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
2.6 If the Employee requires clarification on matters outlined in the Manual, they can discuss any questions they may have with CUSTOMIZER: Insert Title, not name of the individual, prior to signing and returning this Agreement.
Employee Manual. CONTRACTOR shall maintain and oversee adherence to a current and updated Employee Manual for CENTER that covers employment policies, employment practices, employee benefits and licensing compliance updates and requirements.
Employee Manual. Employee agrees that it will be bound by the Employer’s Employee Manual and other policies and procedures of the Employer, unless specifically superseded by the terms of this Agreement.
