Employee Medical Examinations. 15.01 Each newly hired employee, at the employee’s expense, shall give satisfactory evidence of his/her physical and mental health to the Board prior to commencing employment. The Board may require each new employee to successfully complete a medical examination by a nurse employed by the Board and/or by a physician selected by the Board or its designee and all such examinations shall be at the Board’s expense.
