Employee Parking Lot. Concessionaire also agrees to manage the Terminal Employee Parking Lot adjacent to the commercial terminal and to administer the Terminal employee parking permits. Concessionaire shall have the right to charge a quarterly fee to all Terminal employees for these services. Any fees so charged shall be: (i) paid to the Concessionaire, (ii) included as part of the gross receipts, (iii) subject to approval by the Executive Director, and (iv) not in conflict with the provisions of any existing Airport Terminal Building leases with specific provisions for free parking.

Employee Parking Lot. The Front Gate is locked via Key Fob at all times. Each Employee will be granted access to the gate with their Key Fob. The Back Gate will be open from 8am to 5pm M-F (Business Days). This will allow access for deliveries to our Dock Area. Key Fob Access Xxxx uses a Ticket Tracking System and a Ticket will need to be entered for Key Fob Access. Tenants will contact Facilities Management who can aid in entering the ticket. Xxxx Facilities will need to approve any access request. Tenant Management should justify the access request. Lost Key Fobs should be reported to Xxxx Facilities Management right away.
Employee Parking Lot. The non-exclusive right to use the employeeparking lot, the location of which may be determined by the county from time-to-time, in common with other similarly classified entities, and subject to fees, requirements and regulations as are or may be established by the airport parking operator.
