Common use of Employee Premium Cost Sharing Clause in Contracts

Employee Premium Cost Sharing. Beginning January 1, 2022, the County shall pay eighty-six percent (86%) of the monthly premium cost of the employees’ single coverage and the employee shall pay fourteen per cent (14%) at a cost of $130.00 per month. Beginning January 1, 2023, the County shall pay the same proportion of the monthly premium cost of the employees’ single coverage and the employee shall pay up to but no more than $146.00 per month. Beginning January 1, 2024, the County shall pay the same proportion of the monthly premium cost of the employees’ single coverage and the employee shall pay up to but no more than $158.00 per month.
