Employee rental of State Housing shall not ordinarily be a condition of employment. In any instance after July 1, 1989 and annually thereafter, where rental of State housing is made a condition of employment, the State may charge the employee 10 percent less than the regular rate of rent.

  • CALIFORNIA FAIR EMPLOYMENT AND HOUSING ACT CERTIFICATION Pursuant to Public Contract Code (PCC) section 2010, the following certifications must be provided when (i) submitting a bid or proposal to the JBE for a solicitation of goods or services of $100,000 or more, or (ii) entering into or renewing a contract with the JBE for the purchase of goods or services of $100,000 or more.

  • Maternity Adoption and Parental Leave For the purposes of granting Maternity, Adoption and Parental Leave, the provisions of the Canada Labour Code and of its Regulations shall apply.

  • Extended Health Care The Hospital shall contribute on behalf of each eligible employee seventy-five percent (75%) of the billed premium under the Extended Health Care Plan (Liberty Health $15-25 deductible plan including hearing aids with a maximum of $300.00 per person and vision care with a maximum of $150.00 every 24 months per person, or its equivalent) provided the balance of the monthly premium is paid by employees through payroll deduction. Any Hospital currently paying more than 75% of the premium shall continue to do so. The drug formulary shall be as defined by Liberty Health Formulary Three.

  • Extended Health Care Plan ‌ The Employer shall pay the monthly premium for regular employees entitled to coverage under a mutually acceptable extended health care plan.

  • Healthcare Matters Except where the failure to comply with any applicable Health Care Law could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, Parent and each of its Subsidiaries is, and at all times since the Closing Date has been, in compliance with all Health Care Laws applicable to it, its assets, business or operations. No circumstance exists or event has occurred with respect to a violation of any Health Care Law that could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect. Neither Parent nor any Subsidiary thereof has received any notice of communication from any Governmental Authority alleging noncompliance with any applicable Health Care Law that could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect. For the avoidance of doubt, no notice or any information provided by any Governmental Authority pursuant to this Section 7.01(cc) shall need to be provided to the Administrative Agent or any of the Lenders if such action would be prohibited by Applicable Law. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any other Transaction Document, the representations and warranties contained in this Section shall be continuing, and remain in full force and effect until the Final Payout Date.

  • Extended Health Care Benefits The City will provide for all employees by contract through an insurer selected by the City an Extended Health Care Plan which will provide extended health care benefits. The City shall pay one hundred per cent (100%) of the premiums, which will include any premiums payable under The Health Insurance Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended.

  • Disclosure of Prior State Employment If this Contract is for consulting services under Chapter 2254 of the Texas Government Code, in accordance with Section 2254.033 of the Texas Government Code, Contractor certifies that it does not employ an individual who was employed by System Agency or another agency at any time during the two years preceding the submission of any related Solicitation Response related to this Contract or, in the alternative, Contractor has disclosed in any related Solicitation Response the following: (i) the nature of the previous employment with System Agency or the other agency; (ii) the date the employment was terminated; and (iii) the annual rate of compensation at the time of the employment was terminated.

  • Portability of Sick Leave 1. The employer will accept up to sixty (60) accumulated sick leave days from other school districts in British Columbia, for employees hired to or on exchange in the district. 2. An employee hired to or on exchange in the district shall accumulate and utilize sick leave credit according to the provisions of the Collective Agreement as it applies in that district.
