Employee Rules and Regulations. It is agreed by the Union that employees of the Employer indicated in Article 1, Section 1, hereinabove, and employees work activities shall be governed by rules and regulations of the Employer as adopted and amended from time to time. Employee Rules and Regulations. Employee shall observe and comply with Employer's nondiscriminatory rules and regulations as adopted by Employer's Board of Directors from time to time regarding the performance of his duties, and Employee shall carry out and perform orders, directions, and policies stated by Employer periodically, whether orally or in writing. In addition, Employee acknowledges that he has received and reviewed Employer's personnel manual and agrees to observe and be bound by each of the conditions, provisions, and requirements set forth therein, as revised from time to time by Employer. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and any policy or handbook of Employer, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.
Employee Rules and Regulations. All rules and regulations governing employee activities and conduct shall be interpreted and applied uniformly throughout the district.
Employee Rules and Regulations. SECTION 1 Employees have and shall be protected in the exercise of right, without fear of penalty or reprisal, to join and participate in the Union. The freedom of employees to participate in the Union shall be recognized as extending to participation in the management of the Union and acting for the Union in the capacity of a Union officer or representative.
SECTION 2 The Union bargaining committee shall consist of no more than two (2) members who, if scheduled to work a tour of duty during collective bargaining negotiations, shall be granted leave of absence without loss of pay or benefits for all meetings between the Town, its agents or representatives, and the Union for the purpose of negotiating the terms of the contract or any supplements thereto including mediation, fact-finding and binding arbitration.
SECTION 3 One Union officer or representative, and the grievant, shall be granted leave of absence without loss of pay or benefits for necessary time required to process grievances and to participate in any grievance step as described in this contract or in any arbitration procedures consequent thereto.
SECTION 4 The Union shall keep the Town informed of any changes in the roster of officer of representatives or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ representing bargaining unit employees.
