Common use of Employee Safety Clause in Contracts

Employee Safety. (A) An employee who becomes aware of a work-related accident shall immediately notify the supervisor of the area where the incident occurred. (B) When an employee believes that an unsafe working condition exists in the work area, the employee shall immediately report the condition to the supervisor. The supervisor shall investigate the report and make a reasonable effort to take action deemed appropriate.
