Employee Safety. A. The Board shall provide and maintain First Aid kits in work areas and vehicles and shall inspect such kits periodically. B. When an employee believes that an unsafe or unhealthy working condition exists in the work area, the employee shall immediately report the concern to his or her supervisor for direction. The employee shall also have the opportunity to submit the concern in writing on a form designated by the administration.
