EMPLOYEE STATEMENTS. The Employer shall supply quarterly to each full-time and part-time employee a statement of attendance for the previous quarter which shall include a statement of the accumulated credits for vacation days and sick days, and any shortages in accumulated credits must be brought to the attention of the employee’s immediate supervisor within ten (10)days of receipt, failing which the same shall be binding upon the employee.
