Common use of Employee Status Reports Clause in Contracts

Employee Status Reports. A. Every three (3) months, the Employer will provide the Association a list of all employees in their bargaining units. The written list shall contain the agency, employee’s name, mailing address, job classification, work unit and bargaining unit code. The Association shall maintain the confidentiality of all employees’ mailing addresses.
