Common use of Employees Covered Clause in Contracts

Employees Covered. Pursuant to and in accordance with all applicable provisions of Act 379 of the Public Acts of 1965, as amended, the Employer does hereby recognize the Union as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement of all employees of the Employer including part-time employees, in the following seniority units, excluding executive, administrative, academic, students, supervisory, professional, technical, clerical personnel, and those employees in other recognized bargaining units.

Employees Covered. Pursuant to and in accordance with all applicable provisions of Act 379 of the Public Acts of 1965, as amended, the Employer does hereby recognize the Union as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement of all employees of the Employer including part-time employees, included in the following seniority unitsbargaining units described below. For all classified employees as listed in Article 25 Job Classification of this Agreement, excluding executiveall administrators, administrative, academic, students, supervisory, professional, technical, clerical personnel, supervisors and those employees in other recognized bargaining unitsdispatcher as defined by Public Act 379.

Pursuant to and in accordance with all applicable provisions revisions of Act 379 of the Public Acts of 1965, as amended, the Employer does hereby recognize the Union as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates rate of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement of all employees of the Employer including part-time employees, included in the following seniority units, excluding executive, administrative, academic, students, supervisory, professional, technical, clerical personnel, and those employees in other recognized bargaining units.unit described below:

Pursuant to and in accordance with all applicable provisions of Act 379 of the Public Publics Acts of 1965, as amended, the Employer does hereby recognize the Union as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and certain other conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement of all full-time employees of the Employer including part-time employees, included in the following seniority unitsbargaining unit classifications described as follows: "MiCOLES Certified Deputies, Sergeants and Detectives but excluding executive, administrative, academic, students, supervisory, professional, technical, clerical personnel, employees assigned to corrections and those employees in all other recognized bargaining unitsemployees".

Pursuant to and in accordance with all applicable provisions of Act 379 of the Public Acts of 1965, as amended, the Employer does hereby recognize the Union as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement agreement of all employees of the Employer including part-time employees, included in the following seniority units, excluding executive, administrative, academic, students, supervisory, professional, technical, clerical personnel, bargaining unit described below: All employees of the Ontonagon County Probate Court except the Register of Probate. It is understood that the Court-Recorder is not an employee and those employees therefor not in other recognized the bargaining unitsunit.

Pursuant to and in accordance with all applicable provisions of Act 379 of the Public Acts of 1965, as amended, the Employer EMPLOYER does hereby recognize the Union UNION as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and certain other conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement of all full-time employees of the Employer including part-time employees, EMPLOYER included in the following seniority unitsbargaining unit classifications described as follows: "Dispatcher, excluding executive, administrative, academic, students, supervisory, professional, technical, clerical personnel, and those employees in other recognized bargaining unitsDeputies & Sergeants".

Employees Covered. Pursuant to and in accordance with all applicable provisions of Act 379 of the Public Acts of 1965, as amended, the Employer employer does hereby recognize the Union as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement Agreement, of all employees of the Employer including part-time employees, employer included in the following seniority unitsbargaining unit described as all full time and part time custodians/matrons, excluding executive, administrative, academic, students, supervisory, professional, technical, clerical personnel, mechanics/maintenance (Division I) and those employees in other recognized bargaining units.all part time bus drivers

Pursuant to and in accordance with all applicable provisions of Act 379 of the Public Acts of 1965, as amended, the Employer does hereby recognize the Union as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment for all the term of this Agreement of all employees of the Employer including part-time employees, included in the following seniority units, excluding executive, administrative, academic, students, supervisory, professional, technical, clerical personnel, and those employees in other recognized bargaining units.unit described below:

Employees Covered. ‌ -10 Pursuant to and in accordance with all applicable provisions of Act 379 of the Public Acts of 1965, as amended, the Employer does hereby recognize the Union as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement of all employees of the Employer including part-time employees, in the following seniority units, excluding executive, administrative, academic, students, supervisory, professional, technical, clerical personnel, and those employees in other recognized bargaining units.units.‌

Pursuant to and in accordance with all applicable provisions of Act 379 of the Public Acts of 1965, as amended, the Employer does hereby recognize the Union as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement agreement of all employees of the Employer including part-time employees, included in the following seniority unitsbargaining unit described below: All supervisory employees identified in Appendix E, except the City Manager, excluding executive, administrative, academic, students, supervisory, professional, technical, clerical personnel, administrative employees and those employees in all other recognized bargaining unitsemployees.
