Classification is defined as the specific job title within the occupational group in Salary Schedule "A" , except that Head Custodian levels shall be treated for purposes of this Section as individual classifications as follows: Head Custodian, Senior High; Head Custodian, Middle School; Head Custodian, Elementary (regardless of the number of rooms and to include Head Custodian, Administration Building)

It is further agreed that promotions (defined as a change in classification or financial gain; either more hours or a greater hourly rate to the bidder) and voluntary demotions will be processed simultaneously and will be granted on the basis of occupational group seniority. A trial period is required for all promotions, and for all voluntary demotions and other changes in classifications where the employee has not previously held the job. The parties may agree to waive the trial period. c. Bids which reflect a change of building location, shall be defined as transfer and shall be given preference over bids for promotion or voluntary demotion. Such bids will be honored on the basis of seniority within the group classification. No custodial employee may change location (laterally) or move downward in classification more frequently than three times in any one year (June 1st through May 30th) one of which may be exercised at the Bump & Bid session, or except when employees bid on temporary positions. This restriction may be modified by mutual consent between Union and Management. d. An employee who transfers or who is promoted to a position under the employer not included in the Bargaining Unit, shall have accumulated seniority frozen as of the day she/he leaves the Unit. In the event the employee returns to the Bargaining Unit, the employee has the right to bump the least senior person in the same job classification within the group classification the employee occupied prior to leaving the Bargaining Unit provided that the employee has less seniority and shall exercise his/her Bargaining Unit seniority thereafter. The time spent out of the Bargaining Unit will not be counted toward seniority within the Unit. Those employees who leave the Bargaining Unit but still remain employees of the Board of Education and who re-enter the Bargaining Unit shall have total years of service with the Board of Education counted as the basis in determining salary placement, ...

  • DELIVERY: FOB DESTINATION, INSIDE DELIVERY, FREIGHT PAID Whenever possible, contractors should give the ordering entities 3 working days prior notice of any deliveries and/or installations. Furniture contractors will not be responsible for the removal/moving of existing furnishings unless requested by the ordering entity. Contractors should verify site readiness prior to delivery. All deliveries will be made during normal working hours unless otherwise arranged with the ordering entity. Contractor will communicate any scheduling delays and/or changes immediately. Agencies will not be responsible for any freight damage, concealed or otherwise.

  • Delivery Location All Goods shall be delivered to the address specified in this Order (the "Delivery Location") during Buyer's normal business hours or as otherwise instructed by Buyer.

  • DATA REQUESTS Upon the written request of the District, the State Auditor’s Office, the Appraisal District, or the Comptroller during the term of this Agreement, the Applicant, the District or any other entity on behalf of the District shall provide the requesting party with all information reasonably necessary for the requesting party to determine whether the Applicant is in compliance with its rights, obligations or responsibilities, including, but not limited to, any employment obligations which may arise under this Agreement.

  • Disbursement Requests Except as expressly provided in the Credit Agreement, Administrative Agent must receive Disbursement Requests in writing. Disbursement Requests will only be accepted from the applicable Authorized Representatives designated in the Disbursement Instruction Agreement. Disbursement Requests will be processed subject to satisfactory completion of Administrative Agent’s customer verification procedures. Administrative Agent is only responsible for making a good faith effort to execute each Disbursement Request and may use agents of its choice to execute Disbursement Requests. Funds disbursed pursuant to a Disbursement Request may be transmitted directly to the Receiving Bank, or indirectly to the Receiving Bank through another bank, government agency, or other third party that Administrative Agent considers to be reasonable. Administrative Agent will, in its sole discretion, determine the funds transfer system and the means by which each Disbursement will be made. Administrative Agent may delay or refuse to accept a Disbursement Request if the Disbursement would: (i) violate the terms of this Agreement; (ii) require use of a bank unacceptable to Administrative Agent or Lenders or prohibited by government authority; (iii) cause Administrative Agent or Lenders to violate any Federal Reserve or other regulatory risk control program or guideline; or (iv) otherwise cause Administrative Agent or Lenders to violate any applicable law or regulation.

  • TELEPHONE NOTIFICATION CONTRACTOR shall notify ADMINISTRATOR by 29 telephone immediately upon becoming aware of the death due to non-terminal illness of any person 30 served pursuant to this Agreement; provided, however, weekends and holidays shall not be included for 31 purposes of computing the time within which to give telephone notice and, notwithstanding the time 32 limit herein specified, notice need only be given during normal business hours.

  • Payment Requests Review applications for payment with Contractor for compliance with the established procedure for their submission and forward with recommendations to Engineer, noting particularly the relationship of the payment requested to the schedule of values, Work completed, and materials and equipment delivered at the Site but not incorporated in the Work.

  • Notice of Shift Change The Co-operative agrees to give forty-eight (48) hours' notice when changing a full-time employee's shift, except in the event of an emergency (an emergency is defined as snowstorm, or flood, or breakdown of machinery, or other instances of force majeure or an unscheduled absence of an employee). Should the Co-operative fail to give forty-eight (48) hours' notice of a shift change as indicated above, each affected employee shall receive double (2) time their regular hourly rate of pay for all time worked on the new shift. Mutual agreement of employees to shift changes between each other shall not be deemed covered by this clause, (i.e. the Co- operative will not pay a penalty for this type of a shift change). Such shift changes require the prior approval of management. The Co-operative agrees that wherever possible it shall verbally advise part-time employees twenty-four (24) hours in advance when the Co-operative changes an employee's posted work schedule.

  • Stop Payment Requests If you desire to stop any transfer that has already been processed, you must contact customer care for the Service pursuant to Section 22 of the General Terms. Although we will make a reasonable effort to accommodate your request, we will have no liability for failing to do so. We may also require you to present your request in writing within fourteen (14) days. The charge for each request will be the current charge for such service as set out in the applicable fee schedule.

  • Purchase Order and Sales Contact Name Please identify the individual who will be responsible for receiving and processing purchase orders and sales under the TIPS Contract.

  • Data Subject Requests To the extent legally permitted, Okta shall promptly notify Customer if Okta receives a request from a Data Subject to exercise the Data Subject's right of access, right to rectification, restriction of Processing, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), data portability, object to the Processing, or its right not to be subject to an automated individual decision making (“Data Subject Request”). Factoring into account the nature of the Processing, Okta shall assist Customer by appropriate organizational and technical measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of Customer’s obligation to respond to a Data Subject Request under Data Protection Laws and Regulations. In addition, to the extent Customer, in its use of the Service, does not have the ability to address a Data Subject Request, Okta shall, upon Customer’s request, provide commercially- reasonable efforts to assist Customer in responding to such Data Subject Request, to the extent that Okta is legally authorized to do so, and the response to such Data Subject Request is required under Data Protection Laws and Regulations. To the extent legally permitted, Customer shall be responsible for any costs arising from Okta’s provision of such assistance.
