Employees Covered. The EMPLOYER hereby recognizes AGMA as the exclusive collective bargaining agent for all Dancers, Apprentices, (herein referred to collectively as "ARTIST") Narrators, Singers, Choreographers, Stage Managers and their Assistants, Stage Directors and their Assistants, employed by the EMPLOYER. The EMPLOYER agrees that AGMA represents, for all collective bargaining purposes, a majority of the ARTISTS.

Employees Covered. The EMPLOYER Employer hereby recognizes AGMA as the exclusive collective bargaining agent for all Dancers, Apprentices, dancers (herein referred to collectively as "ARTIST"“dancers” or “Artists”) Narrators, Singers, Choreographers, Stage Managers and their Assistants, Stage Directors and their Assistants, choreographers (“choreographers” or “Artists”) employed by the EMPLOYEREmployer at its Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania facility, excluding all other employees and supervisors. The EMPLOYER agrees AGMA represents that AGMA represents, for all collective bargaining purposes, purposes it represents a majority of the ARTISTSArtists.

The EMPLOYER agrees that AGMA represents, for all collective bargaining purposes, a majority of the ARTISTS.

The EMPLOYER agrees that AGMA representsThis Agreement will also cover choreographers, for all collective bargaining purposes, a majority of the ARTISTSif same are employed.

PRODUCTION STAFF MEMBER." The EMPLOYER agrees that AGMA represents, for all collective bargaining purposes, a majority of the ARTISTSPRODUCTION STAFF.

The EMPLOYER hereby recognizes AGMA as the exclusive collective bargaining agent for solo singers, ensemble vocalists, chorus singers, dancers, narrators, stage managers and assistant stage managers all Dancers, Apprentices, (herein hereinafter referred to collectively as "ARTIST") Narrators, Singers, Choreographers, Stage Managers and their Assistants, Stage Directors and their Assistants“ARTISTS”, employed by the EMPLOYER. The EMPLOYER agrees that AGMA represents, for all collective bargaining purposes, a majority of the ARTISTS.
