Common use of Employees Covered Clause in Contracts

Employees Covered. Pursuant to and in accordance with all applicable provisions of Act 379 of the Public Acts of 1965, as amended, the Board does hereby recognize the Union as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement of all employees of the Board named by division and classification in this agreement in Article 5.4.

Employees Covered. Pursuant to to, and in accordance with with, all applicable provisions of Act 379 of the Public Acts Act of 1965, as amended, the Board does hereby recognize the Union Association as the sole and exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, employment and other conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement of all employees of the Board named by division full-time and classification in this agreement in Article 5.4regular part-time bus drivers, excluding all supervisors and all other employees.

Pursuant to and in accordance with all applicable provisions of Act 379 of the Public Acts of 1965, as amended, the Board does hereby recognize the Union as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement of all non-professional employees of the Board named by division except office clerical, special education paraprofessionals, computer lab aides, and classification in this agreement in Article 5.4supervisors.

Pursuant to to, and in accordance with with, all applicable provisions of Act 379 of the Public Acts of 1965, 1965 as amended, the Board does hereby recognize the Union as the sole and exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, employment and other conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement of all employees of the Board named by division permanent, full-time, and classification in this agreement in Article 5.4regular part-time food service personnel (cooks), excluding all supervisory, clerical, custodial, teaching and substitute employees, and all other employees.
