Common use of EMPLOYEES IN PER DIEM CLASSIFICATIONS Clause in Contracts

EMPLOYEES IN PER DIEM CLASSIFICATIONS. Employees in Per Diem classifications who meet all of the following criteria will be paid a one-time lump sum payment on or about May 10, 2012: 1. The employee must be employed by the County on or before January 1, 2012; 2. The employee must be employed on a Per Diem basis on April 1, 2012; and 3. The employee must be in a classification represented by one of the following employee organizations on April 1, 2012: a. Public Employees Union, Local One b. Public Employees Union, Local One, CSB- Site Supervisor Unit c. United Clerical ,Technical & Specialized Employees, AFSCME, Local 2700 d. Professional & Technical Employees, AFSCME, Local 512 e. Western Council of Engineers
