Permanent-Intermittent Employees. Permanent-Intermittent employees who work on a holiday are entitled to receive overtime pay at the rate of one and one half (1.5) times his/her base rate of pay (not including differentials) for a maximum of eight (8) hours worked on the holiday.

Permanent-Intermittent Employees. Permanent Intermittent employees, including project employees, who meet all of the following criteria will be paid a one-time lump sum payment on or about May 10, 2012: 1. The employee must be employed by the County on or before January 1, 2012; 2. The employee must be employed on a permanent intermittent basis on April 1, 2012; and 3. Permanent-Intermittent Employees. 11.1.2.1.3.1 Initial Eligibility - A permanent intermittent employee will be eligible to enroll in health benefits during each calendar year if the employee has been credited with a minimum of 480 paid hours in one of two Control periods. For purposes of this section, the control periods are January 1 through June 30 and July 1 through December 31 of each calendar year. An eligible permanent intermittent employee must enroll in a health benefit plan within SC days from the end of the qualifying control period. 11.1.2.1.3.2 Continuing Eligibility - To continue health benefits, a permanent intermittent employee must be credited with a minimum of 480 paid hours in a control period or 960 paid hours in two consecutive control periods.

For the payment on August 8, 2014: The permanent-intermittent employee must be employed by the County in a classification represented by the Union and worked in such a classification during the month of June 2014. ii. For the payment on June 10, 2015: The permanent-intermittent employee must be employed by the County in a classification represented by the Union and worked in such a classification during the month of April 2015. iii. For the payment on July 10, 2016: The permanent-intermittent employee must be employed by the County in a classification represented by the Union and worked in such a classification during the month of May 2016.
