Employees May be Present. Where required by the Union, the Grievor(s) will be permitted time off without loss of pay and benefits to attend to the resolution of a grievance and may take part at any step in the grievance procedure. The parties will inform each other of who will be present at any grievance meeting. Where an on-campus meeting is not practical because of the employee’s work site, the parties agree that such a meeting could be conducted through other media such as teleconference or videoconference. Agreement will be by mutual consent, but will not be unreasonably withheld.
