Common use of Employees on Non-Project Work Clause in Contracts

Employees on Non-Project Work. On work where the personnel of the City may be working in close proximity to the construction activities covered by this Agreement, the Union agrees that the Union representatives, stewards, and individual workers will not interfere with the City personnel, or with personnel employed by the any other employer not a Party to this Agreement.
