Best Efforts to End Violations. 6.6.1 If a Contractor contends that there is any violation of this Article or Section 7.3, it shall notify, in writing, the Executive Secretary of the Council, the Senior Executive of the involved Union(s) and the Community Workforce Coordinator. The Executive Secretary and the leadership of the involved Union(s) will immediately instruct, order and use their best efforts to cause the cessation of any violation of the relevant Article.
6.6.2 If the Union contends that any Contractor has violated this Article, it will notify the Contractor and the Community Workforce Coordinator, setting forth the facts which the Union contends violate the Agreement, at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to invoking the procedures of Section 6.8. The Community Workforce Coordinator shall promptly order the involved Contractor(s) to cease any violation of the Article.
Best Efforts to End Violations. (a) If a Contractor or Metropolitan contends that there is any violation of this Article, it shall, at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to invoking the procedures of Section 7.7, provide written notification to the Council of the involved Union(s) and to the Project Labor Coordinator, setting forth the facts which the Contractor contends violates this Article. The Council and the leadership of the involved Union(s) will immediately instruct, order, and use their best efforts to cause the cessation of any violation of the Article.
(b) If the Union contends that any Contractor has violated this Article, it will notify the Contractor and the Project Labor Coordinator, setting forth the facts which the Union contends violate this Article, at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to invoking the procedures of Section 7.7. The Project Labor Coordinator shall promptly order the involved Contractor(s) to cease any violation of the Article.
Best Efforts to End Violations. 7.6.1 If a Contractor contends that there is any violation of this Article, it shall notify, in writing, the Executive Secretary of the Trades Council, the Senior Executive of the involved Union(s) and the CWA Administrator. The Executive Secretary and the leadership of the involved Union(s) will promptly notify and use their best efforts to cause the cessation of any violation of this Article.
7.6.2 If the Union contends that any Contractor has violated this Article, it will notify the Contractor and the CWA Administrator, setting forth the facts which the Union contends violate the Agreement, at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to invoking the procedures of Section 7.8.

(a) If a Contractor contends that there is any violation of Section 10.3 or the provisions of Section 23.3, it shall notify, in writing, the Council of the involved Union(s) and the Project Labor Coordinator. The Council and the leadership of the involved Union(s) will immediately instruct, order and use their best efforts to cause the cessation of any violation of the relevant Article.
(b) If the Union contends that any Contractor has violated this Article, it will notify that the Contractor and the Project Labor Coordinator, setting forth the facts which the Union contends violate the PLA, at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to invoking the procedures of Section 8.7. The Project Labor Coordinator shall promptly order the involved Contractor(s) to cease any violation of the Article.
Best Efforts to End Violations. (a) If a Contractor contends that there is any violation of this Article, it shall, prior to invoking the procedures of Section 7.7, provide written notification to the Council of the involved Union(s) and to the Project Labor Coordinator, setting forth the facts which the Contractor contends violates this Article. The Council and the leadership of the involved Union(s) will immediately instruct, order, and use their best efforts to cause the cessation of any violation of the Article.
(b) If the Union contends that any Contractor has violated this Article, it will notify the Contractor and the Project Labor Coordinator, setting forth the facts which the Union contends violate this Article, prior to invoking the procedures of Section 7.7. The Project Labor Coordinator shall promptly order the involved Contractor(s) to cease any violation of the Article.
Best Efforts to End Violations. (a) If a Contractor contends that there is any violation of Sections 8.1 or 8.4 or the provisions of Section 21.3, it shall notify, in writing, the Council of the involved Union(s) and the Project Labor Coordinator. The Counsel and the leadership of the involved Union(s) will immediately instruct, order and use their best efforts to cause the cessation of any violation of the relevant Article.
(b) If the Union contends that any Contractor has violated this Article, it will notify the Contractor and the Project Labor Coordinator, setting forth the facts which the Union contends violate the CSWPA, at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to invoking the procedures of

(b) If the Union contends that any Contractor has violated this Article, it will notify that the Contractor and the City, setting forth the facts which the Union contends violate the Agreement, at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to invoking the procedures of Section 6.8. The City shall promptly order the involved Contractor(s) to cease any violation of the Article.
Best Efforts to End Violations. (a) If a Contractor contends that there is any violation of this Article or Section 8.3, it shall notify, in writing, the Council, the involved Union(s) and the District. The Council and the leadership of the involved Union(s) will immediately instruct, order and use their best efforts to cause the cessation of any violation of the relevant Article.
(b) If the Union contends that any Contractor has violated this Article, it will notify the Contractor and the District, setting forth the facts which the Union contends violate the Agreement, at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to invoking the procedures of Section 7.8. The District shall promptly order the involved Contractor(s) to cease any violation of the Article.
Best Efforts to End Violations. (a) If a Contractor contends that there is any violation of this Article or Section 8.3, it shall notify, in writing, the Council, the involved Union, and the District. The Council and the Unions will immediately instruct, order, and use their best efforts to cause the cessation of any violation of the relevant Article.
(b) If the Union contends that any Contractor has violated this Article, it will notify the Contractor and the District setting forth the facts which the Union contends violate the Agreement, at least 24 hours prior to invoking the procedures of Article 7.
